Ardent Presents: Valerie June

Valerie June sings like a southern angel channeling Joanna Newsom. It’s easy to imagine sitting on the back porch in a small town in Mississippi, listening to her play guitar and sing to you in the hot summer sun. She is currently co-starring with Amy Lavere and Ben Nichols in MTV‘s new music series $5 Cover and working on a new album. Don’t miss her fantastic performance on Ardent Presents.
