Susan Marshall’s soul drenched lounge music has been well known to music insiders from Memphis to London for close to a decade. Backed by some of the finest musicians south of the Mason-Dixon line, including Al Green sideman Teenie Hodges and Dave Cousar, her third solo album, Little Red, highlights the singers stunning vocal chops and songwriting gift. The album features new and old  music along with fantastic duets with Lucinda Williams and Greg Dulli of Gutter Twins and Afghan Whigs.
